Pros

Caring and friendly culture Work/Life balance is central Colleagues are smart and passionate about what they/we do

Cons

Strategy seems to change frequently. (every 2-3 years) Not a lot of room for advancement Frequent "fat-cutting" rounds of optimization/"right-sizing" Constantly hearing "we're doing the best that we can with the limited resources we have"

Pros

- Health & Wellness benefits - Bonuses, discounts, and perks - Market position - Experience with global collegues

Cons

- Irregular naming conventions across roles and responsibilities making it challenging to gauge one's compensation and/or move on to external opportunities. - Constant organizational change with insufficient change management processes - High employee turnover - Inconsistency in management, expectations, and routines across departments -- there are no unified systems, processes, or management policies utilized across divisions resulting in wildly different experiences for employees
