Pros

Good Benefits Large Organization allows for internal mobility

Cons

- Organisational change so frequent it's near impossible to deliver results. Especially true for team's lower in the org chart who spend half the year waiting for direction to be cascaded only for it to change before the year is up. - Have repeatedly ignored colleague feedback regarding work models - positioned themselves in messaging of supportive and flexible only to push for mandatory office presence later down the line - No longer values driven, very high expectations and poor middle management leading to widespread colleague burnout.
