Pros

Nothing at all. Maybe pay

Cons

Terrible Managment. I was basically let go after working there for 2 weeks when I was on contract for at least 3 months... they let me go because they didn’t have computers yet they kept a man who started the same day as me ! He got his computer before I did. This place is a scam. All the application specialist are fake as hell. Terrible experience here. Just terrible.

Pros

- Good Benefits - Good training - Hard working admissions staff - Leader in the Industry

Cons

- Student first focus has changed to be primarily quantity over quality now - Departments rarely work together - Operations Management is never around (travel or behind closed doors) - Admissions Upper Management is unapproachable - Directors in Admissions run multiple accounts and constantly in meetings leaving little time for staff - Best people have left Admissions Dept or are looking to find a way to leave to join other departments

Pros

Work alongside talented coworkers. Excellent benefits and liberal time off is provided. Wiley continues to produce excellent products across a wide spectrum.

Cons

Lost the culture and soul that once made it great. Now the culture is one of looking over one's shoulder and wondering if the next arbitrary shoe to drop will be on you.
