Pros

Salary is fair, good work life balance possible. Wiley is active in a challenging and rapidly changing industry, if you thrive during changes and reorganisations and want to contribute to building the future of publishing then this is the place to be.

Cons

Hardly any growth opportunities, especially women have less chances to grow. Leadership has no to minimal experience in publishing. Strong American English culture no desire to become truly international or truly diverse. HR has no international knowledge and is weak.
