Pros

I worked for Wiley's Partner Care team for over 15 years. Employees are treated with respect and dignity. The culture in the Minneapolis office is second to nowhere I have worked in my career. A great group of people and a fun place to work.

Cons

With a rapid pace for product development, it is somewhat of a challenge to keep customer facing employees up to speed.

Pros

The benefits here are decent, and paid time off is great. The discount on books was nice. Very old company!

Cons

Lots of changes in leadership teams. No more performance-based raises. Not as transparent as they claim. Lack of training. Lack of follow-thru on career planning.
