Pros

Wiley India has a ‘happy’ atmosphere where people can work without worrying about too much of work pressure or degrading office politics. You’re not put down for speaking your mind or voicing your opinions. Infact the managing director Vikas Gupta encourages new ideas from the team. Some of the reviews say it has a considerable amount of workload but I’ve never felt the pressure of work for a single day. The five-day work week always makes me feel relaxed.

Cons

Didn’t notice a con here but since they’re cooperative, I should have asked for more salary here lol.
