Pros

Nothing left . All have been taken away. 401k maybe , but that is somewhat standard . PTO is descent .

Cons

You will be living in fear of being outsourced ( daily ) Health insurance is not what it use to be. Every new hire around is a Manager or a Dir , yet you are still in the same position for the last few years . The same new hires , is the same people that were let go from the previous position .

Pros

Management generally has an open door policy. Very team oriented environment. Great benefits. Ever evolving, and always willing to try ideas of employees.

Cons

Perks are continually being cut, despite being a very strong segment of Wiley as a whole. Not for someone who doesn't deal well with constant change.
