Pros

- Decent benefits - Excellent PTO - Nice colleagues - Great work/life balance

Cons

- Management is not decisive and poor at communicating how changes effect our day to day. - Reorganizations seem to happen on a yearly basis, which is very stressful. - People leave and are not replaced. Employees are stretched too thin. - The industry is struggling and Wiley is not acting quickly enough to adapt to digital changes. - Outsourcing of certain departments has reduced our product's quality. - Salary is not great, even for the publishing industry. - Career growth happens slowly and seems to happen by time spent at the company rather than by merit.
