Pros

Great colleagues, working from home/different locations is easy to arrange, good pension plan, managers treat staff with respect, reasonable productivity expectations, proud to work for this publisher

Cons

Drawn out reorganisations have left many colleagues disengaged. It has been difficult to see colleagues leave after redundancies. Many colleagues feel undervalued due to lack of career progression.

Pros

Lower level managers still value people, try to treat employees well. Good severance package.

Cons

Upper management makes sweeping changes every few months with little thought to consequences for on-the-ground employees. Irresponsible decisions with no guidance on how to implement.
