Pros

Life work balance In business for 200+ years Great location & International offices Very professional supervisors (excluding anything above vp)

Cons

Upper management not agile, cost cutting measures (layoffs) have lasted for more than 3 years. Compensation is below average for San Francisco(in the SF office). Current branding "One Wiley" is a priority only in word, not in action.

Pros

- Great colleagues - Good company culture - Career development (depending on which department you are in) - Opportunities to learn a lot in the industry - Good stepping stone

Cons

- A lot of restructuring & downsizing happening until now which is affecting everyone's morale - Salary is not the highest even within the industry - Slow paced (as all big publishers are)
