Pros

none that outweigh the cons

Cons

lots - sales job, pure and simple. Make the numbers by hook or crook to make your boss looks good or the heat is on, always negative. Favoritism rampant. They promise the schools they partner with that they will deliver the students, then put the screws onto admissions to "sell"/push applications on even the most unqualified of candidates. Management has made grown men cry.

Pros

Fully remote Good health benefits generous PTO

Cons

will never pay you fairly. Reviews are often session where they find things wrong with you so that they dont have to pay you. They will ask a lot of you, and then get mad youre spread thin. No department is unique in this.
