Pros

Great benefits. Good balance work/life. I like the familiar atmosphere among employees.

Cons

New management restructuring the company. Some departments are understaffed and many positions remain underpaid for too long. Low salaries and limited promotion possibilities, specially for higher positions.

Pros

Everyone was very friendly and they stuck to a 35 hr work week. Very flexible about work hours too.

Cons

Work was unstimulating and I was never quite sure what I was supposed to be doing or how to get ahead.

Pros

The culture at Wiley was excellent. Benefits were very generous, as was work/life balance. Employees felt a real sense of camaraderie and the overall sense of job satisfaction was quite high.

Cons

Changes to the direction of the business created low morale - the general sense was that communication from c-level executives to employees was poor.
