What a mess

Pros

There are some people who have good intentions.

Cons

Used to be a great place. Layoffs almost every other month it seems. New team of managers who don't actually understand the business and seem more focused on their status than actually producing value.

Good opportunities if you work in the main office

Pros

Wiley is a large company with a very good reputation in the publishing community. It is a steady paycheck and a 40-hr family-friendly work-week

Cons

Less opportunities for people who work in branch offices. Not a lot of room for growth or advancement in a lot of the positions.

Pros

If you are in an area that Wiley values, you will benefit from good HR policies and benefits

Cons

There are too many new managers with no company history and while they have grand plans, there is a lack of training and support to see it through
