Great benefits and flexibility, good people to work with, and a company that values high quality products.

Cons

The outsourcing is definitely getting to be a problem.

Pros

genuinely pleasant place to work, very few people you'd rather not spend time with.

Cons

Very poor strategy and execution - under investment in key areas Poor decision making in senior management, avoidance of decision making leads to too many things undertaken and not much progress made. Salaries are not market rate, HR are extremely inflexible in this regard Career progression limited

It used to be the "Place to be."

Pros

Decent pay, great benefits, excellent time off, good work/life balance. Great colleagues, and a general friendly environment. Decent severance package. For eight years, this was a great place to work.

Cons

I listed decent severance package as a pro, because they are giving out more and more of those to their employees. They seem to be taking outsourcing to a new level, eliminating loyal employees while increasing the number of VP positions in every area of the company.
