      A once great company reduced to rubble...

      Pros

      The workforce. They are mostly all very collaborative and are willing to work through some of the self inflicted company challenges.

      Cons

      In what would have been a 5 star rating, I sadly give Wiley 3 stars now. The past few years have been rough as they have experienced several reorganizations.

      Benefits, people, company mission, global reach

      Cons

      Direction changes very often, they need to create a vision and stay with it. No promotion from within. New leaders bring in their previous contacts without looking from within at the talent.

      Very friendly and helpful culture, mid level management is a joy to work with.

      Cons

      Decline in employee welfare over the past 5 years, industry landscape is changing rapidly and impacting stability. C-level management has a gap with frontline employeees.
