Pros

HR is continuously looking to improve communication and clarity; curiosity, risk, passion and drive are rewarded; wonderful people work here. This job attracts dynamic talent and caring, friendly people; there is a clear emphasis on culture and diversity developing right now. I hope to see it continue. I was constantly surrounded by opportunities to grow and develop and was promoted multiple times.

Cons

Lacks tight, cohesive vision at the highest leadership level across departments - too much going on all the time. There's a heavy emphasis on innovation right now that feels new and exciting at the top but confusing and exhausting for the lower level employees. In the long run, there is a far greater payoff when employees can focus in a stable environment and work towards consistent goals without so many distracting priorities. There are some concerted DE&I efforts underway that I fear will lose steam given how white our company and leadership still are. I hope WES continues building momentum in this area as they can achieve great things with a MORE diverse staff and especially leadership.

Pros

Decent vacation days, benefits. Good place if you want to see out until retirement and not be accountable to anything.

Cons

Awful management, awful culture ( blame everyone else, not my problem) , no accountability. Aggressive and bullying middle managers. Not a place to learn anything. Most people completely demoralized, with little or no respect to most management, waiting for better opportunities. Completely not diverse - almost exclusively middle aged Indian men.
