Pros

I have only been with the company a month and a few days and my impression of the company has been outstanding. The teams are very supportive and very welcoming. The company has a great ability to promote work/life/balance, which is one of the main reasons I chose this company. My direct manager and hr team are very helpful and encourage new ideas.

Cons

I have no complaints so far.

I have been with the company over 6 years. Aside from the uncertainty that comes with acquiring other businesses it has been a fantastic learning experience.

It is clear that WillScot is a master of their craft given the extensive training and knowledge that was provided to me. They are passionate about their services and product knowledge, which is reciprocated to all levels of the company and to our customers. If I were given only 3 words to describe my experience so far with WillScot, it would be: exciting, pragmatic, and positive.
