Worst management I've ever seen in my life after 8 years I couldn't handle it anymore and resigned. Manager chose to ignore my resignation and 2 months later notify me i was terminated. Too much micro managing, expect the ground level employees to do the tasks of 6 figure "managers" just so they can walk around drinking coffee and doing next to nothing.
