Great opportunities for advancement, good pay, amazing colleagues. Have had nothing but ideal managers since I started out as a laborer with the company.

Cons

There are a lot of expectations placed on BOLs. Very little training, yet corporate expects you to know somehow what to do by intuition or something.

Good benefits, decent pay and great co-workers.

Cons

Poor management that talks down to employees. The micromanaging is unreal. Supervisors who only point everything negative under the sun without looking into the roots of problems and actually helping solve them. Management/ Supervisors you can’t get a hold of when needed. Overworking staff with no compensation in sight. Poor cooperation between departments.
