the people are great management is anything but

the workload is rediculous. We have had 4 new bosses in 4 years. changed what software we use sometimes twice a year. they expect you to complete trainings, zoom meetings for 8 hours and also your job. rediculous expectations and no time to do it. they do not believe in equal rights for women or minorities. its a white man owned and run business.
