Benefits are relatively affordable and robust Brand name respect and solid client base going back generations Good charitable opportunities and emphasis on military personnel

Cons

Poor firm communication HR doesn't seem to do anything Extremely political Embarrassing treatment of support groups

Pros

Headed in the right direction with all the senior leaders. But the best part is the culture and how they treat their people. Great benefits (from an HR offering) but also great perks such as fully stocked break rooms, many instances of food brought in, social outings.

Cons

Being a financial institution, sometimes the technology is not as cool and new as non financial companies. But they are working on that. Also, because it is owned by partners who buy into the ownership, you really have to prove your ask for expense money. Bring it all back to ROI.

Pros

Respectful and positive working environment. Its GREAT if you are a partner, but the partnership is run like a old boys club.

Cons

Everyone is in it for themselves with senior employees making increadible amounts of money while a majority of mid-lower level employees are massively underpaid.
