Pros

Blair was an excellent place to launch a career. The culture was very team-oriented and there was always a strong focus on the client. Compensation and benefits were very competitive and the hours were very manageable. Some of the smartest and most creative people in the industry.

Cons

At times it felt as though Blair was slow to make changes. It is becoming more difficult to move up in the firm.

Honestly, there are too many PROs to name. William Blair really makes you feel like you're part of the family/team. No matter what position you hold here, others treat you with respect and appreciate what you do for the company. I have yet to be put in an uncomfortable situation of any kind. It is a very open and fair environment that welcomes the ideas and opinions of others. The employee appreciation throughout the firm is the best I've seen. Food, apparel, and firm parties for events/holidays all spare no expense. This is because William Blair has seen so much success, even through rough economic times. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

Haven't encountered a CON yet. I've been here a short time so far, but I don't see any issues in my future as of right now.
