      Great benefits and perks, work is challenging and varied. Multiple personality types that lend to many view points. Well known in the industry for it's commitment to its clients.

      Cons

      lack of upward movement and personal development. Conservative, not as open to new ideas as they claim, and technologically behind.

      Cons

      Compensation for equity research - lower than standards with low bonuses work-life balance: dependent on analyst,but non existent lack of diversity - Chicago based white men with no new blood or diversity that stifles progress and innovation People: they are horrible
