      Great relationships, job security, beautiful, fresh and modern work environment

      Cons

      No career trajectory, stagnant salary, healthcare benefits aren't great if you live outside of Illinois or California - right now they only offer one choice - a terrible high-deductible health plan (w/HSA). It cost my family 10K out of pocket to have a baby last year.
