Awesome benefits, flexible in-person vs. WFH situation this year and last, direct access to tenured senior bankers' feedback. Initial training was extremely comprehensive.

Cons

As is standard in the industry, hours can be long. Over all, not nearly as bad as some of my former college contacts have it at the firms they wound up with.

No culture of inclusiveness No real room for growth as the company tend to hire external. No clear roadmaps of career growth for certain departments High turn over rate. No legitimate training Annual raises
