Pros

Pay is decent for the work. Benefits are awesome, and plenty of overtime opportunities.

Cons

Not many opportunities for career advancement. Upper management can work on incentive for employees to keep the moral up. Also performance ratings would be nice to know.

Pros

Company working on rapid expansion of its manufacturing capabilities while simultaneously introducing new products to an exciting industry. With an aging class of late career professionals, management, and executives, their is a hiring boom to create a dynamic company which will last.

Cons

PLM is still rather new with few 'experts' on the subject. Need to be a self starter and ask all the questions. No one will walk you through anything if you don't explicitly ask.

Pros

Benefits are fairly good and competitive.

Cons

Not even sure where to begin. Until Williams gets rid of the old school thinking, they will not attract new talent. New hires are totally unprofessional and no formal training is being offered. People cannot retire until good talent is found.
