      Good place to have a internship experience

      Pros

      Not like some of intern position I hear from friends, I was send right into middle of engineering department and people here do care about interns. Learned a lot abour technical stuff. I have great opportunity to work with skiiful people around me.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity is one downside of WI. - Though minorities are highly respected in the company and seems people in the company are trying slowly to change the trend.

      Very talented staff. Opportuntiy to work withing multiple disciplines and functions

      Cons

      Major lack of diversity in regards to women and minorities. Also show bias toward recruiting engineers from MI abbreviated by only recuiting from UofM and MTech. Promotions seemed to based on good ole boy network instead of performance. If you do play golf, basketball or drink during prior at lunch and after work with the boys you will not be visible to promotions
