Pros

Flexible work schedule if arranged with the managers. People are helpful if you need help with concepts. Educational seminars on Tuesday during lunch.

Cons

No kitchen (only fridges), no windows in work areas, sometimes you may be overloaded to finish a project and sometimes you may be idle, which is a sign of bad project planning.

Pros

The rotational engineering program is a good way for new engineers to get their feet wet and figure out what path they want to pursue with their careers

Cons

Office politics are out of hand, it often felt like navigating middle school cliques rather than a professional workplace. There is a huge lack of diversity and very little room to move up in the company.
