Pros

Some of the employees and staff members are fun and easy to work with. The patients are awesome and hard to forget.

Cons

The company itself expects for you to work like an animal and come every time they call while paying you almost close to minimum wage to be a work slave. You learn how to work alone rather than as a team with some employees.

This is an overall good company to work for.

Pros

The benefits are great. There are copays, but no doctor bills and that is great! Working for a hospital, that is pretty good.

Cons

There is no definite knowledge as to when raises are coming. There's a lot of expansions going on, but no raises.
