Pros

Excellent insurance coverage! They are always buying and growing their brand. I developed life long friendships with some amazing people that I will never forget. I am thankful for the opportunity but glad to have moved on.

Cons

Poor wages for employees. It is all in who you know. Being connected gets you a better job and more favoritism. Much like anywhere else.

Vacation! They will see and treat any and everybody. They are all about the money.

Cons

As long as they have a warm body to fill the shift, that's all they are worried about , per management.
