Pros

-The graveyard shifts had the best characters to work with -Working ER was a unique experience -Guaranteed a story each night you worked -Clean environment -Good pay for work involved -Low drama compared to other businesses

Cons

-Upward mobility was nonexistent in department -The chance for drama was low but often over the top -12 hour graveyards can wear you down quickly

It was great to work here because the hours were very lenient. I made my own schedule and could take off very last minute.

Cons

The internship was unpaid. But it was okay because I learned a lot and the hours were so lenient.
