      Pros

      Difficult to be fired. Recognition is given to those that work hard, however no true incentives are given for hard workers.

      Cons

      Lack of managerial organization. Little opportunity for growth. High Stress environment. OT is not "mandatory" however to complete the workload given to you OT will inevitably happen and cause an imbalance in your work life/personal life.
