      Pros

      Good health benefits, good paid time off accrual

      Cons

      Over worked employees, unfulfilled promises, insufficient training and unhappy employees. This company used to be very close and like family, with upper management staff changes employees went from being family to just another number on their roster. Promises of raises, bonuses and commission were always just phrases to keep you motivated and never came to fruition.
