Pros

There are absolutely no pros at this company.

Cons

Where do I begin? This company is run by elitist men. There is no diversity or women in leadership. No one is held accountable so it’s basically a free for all in upper management. They treat employees/women like dogs and grossly underpay them. If you ask for a raise, they will give every excuse in the book or possibly fire you. You would have a better career at Walmart! They want to be a billion dollar company but can’t even keep quality employees and instead of fostering good relationships, they hire high salaried men from competitors, that sit around and collect a paycheck. This is not a joke. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. I guarantee they have a lot of lawsuits against them and I hope their clients find out how terrible they are!

Pros

Co workers are awesome.

Cons

Upper Management sucks. They need courses on how to talk and deal with people. The culture is horrible and you don’t Elva anything.
