Poor benefits package, limited PTO and virtually no 401k matching.

Management misrepresents their business model and does not keep promises. Employees are constantly moved around from one office to the next with complete disregard for the employee. Many employees are directly vicious and rude while also being very passive-aggressive and hostile bringing some co-workers to tears. Management allows it so long as the monthly 20% profit margin is met and simply moves the bad employee to another location at the expense of the next unsuspecting co-workers. The stress level is palpable and many verbalize their fear of losing their jobs almost daily. Business model is yearly rotation of hire when busy then lay off when slow. Nepotism is rampant. Don't expect a lunch break and don't expect to get paid for the overtime. You'll be told to take it as "comp" time another day but there's no way to legitimately track or enforce it. Complete lack of racial diversity.
