Upper management is the absolute worst. I could only name one or two individuals who treated employees fairly. No training.

Cons

Senior management have favorites, and it's very clear who they are. If you're not one of them, your career will not follow the same path. Even if you are a star performer, if you don't play the game, you will not get rewarded.

There were Zero pros.

Cons

Just like the other reviews said it is management against us. You work, work, work & it will never be enough and then they hit you with "insubordination" or "not a good fit" without giving you a chance to defend yourself. Totally mismanage company. The definition of dysfunctional crisis management.
