Pros

Good health benefits. Drinks and snacks are provided. Working hours are good... Little to no supervision needed. Pay is okay.

Cons

If you're not part of the "gossip" group, you're not part of the team! The moral is very low. No training!!! No HR department for a big company that it is. You can't trust anyone there!

Company is a joke

Pros

Thrive themselves on being "a company for people and about people" but that's not the case. Not anymore. All they care about are numbers and reports and you meeting those numbers and reports. Ooops... was this suppose to be a positive? If you are favored by upper management or are a leasing superstar- you can do anything and get away with it. -promotes from within sometimes

Cons

-picks favorites even if they suck at their job -lets the good go unnoticed yet you get in big trouble if you messed up once, fail a shop, etc. they threaten your job, yell, write you up -rip residents off when transferring properties or larger apartments -work every weekend if not only one weekend off per month -upper management is fake. Beware. -unnecessary paperwork. -behind on software -big turnover (comes with industry yes, but this company seems to happen more often than not) -company is cheep when it comes to hourly pay -training is not good -they expect work to come before your family.

All About Who You Know

Pros

It you have children, they are understanding if you need to take time off for them.

Cons

Insurance, job security, wages, cooperate office management, disciplinary action not taken when needed...etc. This company is all about who you know. Not about how hard you excel in your job duties.
