      No HR Department to Report Favoritism and Other Biasm

      Pros

      Stability in your same position if you do stand up for yourself, pay is okay, onsite teams are great.

      Cons

      Favoritism is very common among certain regional leaders and they will lie to hold you back from promotion opportunities. Recommend AVP/VP level leadership to evaluate and personally review feedback given from the regional leadership (regardless of the regional’s tenure). If this is done, it would be confirmed that false information and feedback is communicated for associates seeking a promotion. There’s no HR department to report the favoritism and biased behaviors. It is unfortunate there is no one to report these issues to without risking your own job. There are many departments that are standard in companies comparable in size that do not exist within Lincoln.

      Red tape to basics

      Pros

      Great, but brief learning experience for newcomers to the industry. Pay is decent. Benefits are offered, but very expensive.

      Cons

      High turnover, lack of proper training (NONE), extremely unorganized, disrespectful & harassing behavior from management, low employee morale, and there is no way to directly communicate to anyone actually in the human resources department. It's about who you know, who you suck up to and not an employee's ability to effectively do the job. Upper management turns a blind eye to employees willfully doing wrong things that affect clients, other employees and vendors. The company is losing great employees due to terrible management.
