      Pros

      Too few things that I really can't list any.

      Cons

      Rude Regional who thinks they can treat people like they are worthless, micromanaging, old software makes your job ten times harder, pay is a joke for what you deal with daily, job security does not exist because they lose contracts and then you have to transfer to where they tell you or your fired. Communication sucks. The list goes on and on. Stay away!!!

      Pros

      Transferring possibilities on a nation wide scale. Decent benefits. Stellar reputation in the apartment industry, surely impressive on any resume.

      Cons

      A happy work-life balance is hard to maintain depending on what region you work in and who your RPM is. Very much a "us against you" mentality between properties and regions. Not a real team oriented atmosphere.

      Pros

      Lincoln has tons of properties. Corporate office is located in Dallas. Teresa KW is fantastic and does truly acknowledge hard work.

      Cons

      As I am reading these reviews, I am sadden of how true these statements are. I've noticed managers who are horrible at everything and still get transferred or put in positions due to the fact that they are "friends" with other RPMs or VPs. Most Upper management has "groups" or "special" employee's that will always get special treatment because they are friends. Its very sad that a good name is being ruined by bad people running the company. Gossip is at the highest level in the corporate office. It is true that working for Lincoln is not how hard you work but in WHO you know. Its disgusting to have to sit and watch this.
