      Pros

      Benefits are decent. IT in Dallas are the best people ever. Very nice and easy to work with. Unlike some IT departments they never make you feel stupid.

      Cons

      No training or support from upper management. Lots of finger pointing instead of problem solving. No team work and VP and EVP use others as scapegoats. These are not just words; paper trails and emails prove it.

      The only pro is that I got my foot through the door , In a career I really enjoy.

      Pros

      I have none whatsoever. I will attempt to return and edit my review so I can elaborate more on this review once I have acquired a new job. Do not work here.

      Cons

      Everything is a challenge from the ridiculous policy of having to be the only one showing up 15 minutes early, and not getting paid for it or getting a longer lunch, to the horribly demeaning and condescending way they treat the new person like a child. It's very cliquey and like high school. Plus, almost everything is done/written by hand and kept in filing cabinets.. incredibly inefficient. Get with the times!!
