Pros

Good coworkers Nice facility Point Click Care

Cons

Recently very poor nurse and cna to patient ratio, no culinary staff to serve so nursing has to serve in a non-assist dining and assist. When people are out sick no one available to cover and management hides in their offices instead of coming to help. Complaints fall on deaf ears. It's so sad because we used to be great. Just getting worse.

Pros

This was a really great first job with a lot of scheduling flexibility to work around sports, other jobs, etc. Almost everyone was great to work with and you get to know all of the residents really well.

Cons

You'll struggle to get hours in the culinary department because they are open during meal time only.
