-management didn't always know how to keep teenage employees in check with the things they are supposed to be doing. Always under staffed.

They Don't Practice What They Preach

Pros

It's a beautiful place and the work and residents are amazing.

Cons

The leadership is like a dictatorship and they preach family culture and respect and then have huge turnover rates in areas like culinary and nursing and just throw people away like they were trash even after investing in them with training and sometimes years of service. Don't be fooled by the upfront beauty and niceties. They are corrupt and backstabbing.
