As you know, we are a data driven company, so let’s look at some data: Since you started in 2019, you increased your salary 78%. Your last merit increase 8 months ago was a 5% increase and you were due for another increase Feb. 1st for at least 3% (worst case scenario). Pay is always targeted right at industry standard and weighed against competition and market rates multiple times a year while the benefits are well above market and competition. The board not only DOESN’T squeeze us, other than looking for growth as does 100% of every board, but they also have helped us in acquiring other companies leading to additional jobs and company growth. In 2023, we saw 12 Internal promotions and we filled 69 open positions. As to the advice to Management comment, feedback is sought from the entire organization on a monthly basis and actions are always taken from good feedback. It’s the most open and transparent organization I’ve personally worked for, which constantly strives for continuous improvement, largely from the feedback of its employees.
