Pros

The people, culture, and management style are the key factors that make me choose to remain here. I appreciate the clear understanding of my responsibilities and goals, as well as the support that is readily available when I need it. Above all, what truly sets this place apart is the trust placed in me to carry out my objectives without excessive oversight. Perhaps I have been fortunate or possess a laid-back nature, but throughout my years at Wilson, I can recall encountering only one colleague with whom collaboration proved challenging. Fortunately, that individual has since departed from the company, allowing for a more harmonious working environment to prevail.

Compensation typically tends to align with the lower range of the market spectrum.

Best Employer I've Worked For in 20 Years

Pros

It's a company led by real human beings who model leadership & empathy in their everyday interactions. I keep waiting to find the villain that's going to spoil it all for me, but I don't think there is one. The place is refreshingly sane, ethical, innovative, and welcoming.

Cons

The only drawbacks that I've seen are relatively minor. More hands on deck? High-performance workstations?
