11yGreat feedback. I hope you have addressed your concern about internal problems hindering growth ability, either with your manager or with Human Resources. We would be interested to hear more details to see if/how we can fix a potential problem we may not know about.
Curious to know how you feel about our new benefits package since your review. We feel like they are MUCH better than the time of your review. Increased the amount of benefits, improved the existing benefits significantly, and decreased cost to employees overall.
The new compensation structure has been modified to bring everyone's wage/salary to a more competitive level and the Pay for Performance and Salary Incentive Plan have been improved as well.
