Competitive pay for the area, benefits, and bonuses, and willing to pay for future education and training. Even after company reorganization, still willing to listen to employee feedback.

When it was a family owned company, this was the BEST place to work in St George. Competitive wages, management cared, morale was great.

Cons

New management took over, and is driving the company into the ground. Morale took a huge hit with management lying to the employees. New HR department is a joke, only caring for senior management - throwing the rest under the bus. There is no confidentiality - if an employee shares something with HR, that is immediately passed to the department head.
