      Very little micromanagement, remote work

      Cons

      Health insurance costs a lot more compared to other companies I have worked with. If you are not an attorney, you are treated as a 2nd class citizen. Training is minimal and the person doing the training isn’t very good at it. They provide holidays off but if busy you are expected to work through them.
