      Pros

      Wilson Elser is great for a young attorney as it provides Free Cles, training opportunists and ability to go to court and depose parties within 6 months.

      Cons

      2100 billable hours for 62-80k is a joke. Attorneys will work harder and stay if you either pay them more or lower the billables. Don't be shocked when 10 attorneys leave every 6 months.

      Pros

      I am fortunate enough to work with some great personalities and a diverse group of people.

      Cons

      They will pay you the bare minimum, administration and policies act as if you do not have a life outside of the firm, they are not flexible, the job tasks are tedious and not what are discussed in your interview, there is little to no respect within the hierarchy of employees.

      Cannot think of one thing this firm has done that's good.

      Cons

      Run....run very fast and away from this firm. Management would rather make your life a living hell and make you quit than fire you.
