Free coffee, Lots of interesting characters, free pizza when staff risks their lives to make it to office.

Cons

Horrible management. Women should expect to be treated like object or be ok with meat market environment. . All forms of harrassment ignored by hr/management. Worse yet, victim of harrassment blamed for the harrassment. Only concerned with lining their pockets and stealing hard earned PTO from staff. Ignorance and bigotry galore. Support staff expected to not think.. Just do.. Outdated technology. Backward thinking all around

Too many to list. Horrible, stressful, toxic, just to name a few. Great place to work if you like to be overworked and underpaid. 1 Secretary does the work of 5 attorneys and the attorneys reap the rewards.

Pros

Nice building, next to Pepsi (affordable lunches!). Really good benefits. They hire entry-level, which is hard to come by. Teaches you a lot in your department which definitely opens up doors for much better positions in other companies after you gain some experience.

Cons

I hope you like popularity contests! The work environment is absurd, tense, and stressful. Be prepared to be overworked, under-appreciated and underpaid. I hope you can tolerate passive aggression because that's also a common theme. Immature, unprofessional management, and that's not even including the infamous e-business director (see dozens of other reviews for more information). This place is a joke. I hope you're cool with getting complimented with dog treats! ;)
