Everyone is expected to work hard, but if you do, and you enjoy what you do, there is huge opportunity here. A great training program (mandatory for new associates). Some of the best trial attorneys in the country.

Cons

Large organizations can sometimes be daunting. Wilson Elser is no exception. Many systems to learn. Sometimes a challenge to stand out from the crowd.

Pizza day, good location in Manhattan and the security guards were very friendly. Occasional free water, too. Good place to work if you're desperate.

Cons

Behind the times technology, insecure management and stressed environment. Too many people there for too many years. The firm needs fresh ideas.
